They produce wines using traditional techniques but without the fermentation, so that they remove nothing and gain a clean expressive drink. Tasting Notes
Made without fermentation, this sparkling is naturally alcohol-free so nothing is removed, so you gain all the great taste. This cleaner, less mechanised method makes Wild Idol a supremely pure expression of its natural ingredients. The rosé’s vibrant acidity and fine bubbles accompany the bright red fruit notes (raspberry, strawberry) and hints of grapefruit and rhubarb for a refreshing glass.
