May Double Bank Holiday Hours
The month of May sees a double bank holiday weekend, so we want to ensure you have enough wine to see you through them!
We will be operating over this period as below:
Order Office & Customer Service
We will be open as follows for the processing of orders and customer service:
Week commencing 28th April: as normal
May Day bank holiday - Monday 5th May: 9am – 1pm
Week commencing 19th May: as normal
Spring bank holiday - Monday 26th May: 9am – 1pm
Deliveries
We will be making deliveries as follows:
Week commencing 28th April: as normal
May Day bank holiday - Monday 5th May: no deliveries
Week commencing 19th May: as normal
Spring bank holiday - Monday 26th May: no deliveries
Carrier orders
Where we dispatch your order by 3rd party carrier, please place your order with us by 12 noon on:
Wednesday 30th April and Wednesday 21st May
ahead of each bank holiday weekend, normal carrier service will then resume on the Tuesday following each bank holiday.
Exeter Deliveries
Weeks commencing 28th April and 19th May: as normal
There will be no deliveries on:
Monday 5th May and Tuesday 6th May
Monday 26th May and Tuesday 27th May
Normal service will resume on the following Wednesday (7th May and 28th May).
