Established in 1989 in the heart of the Cornish countryside by ex-RAF pilot Bob Lindo and his wife Annie. Bob embarked as winemaker at Camel Valley and in 2005 won the International Wine Challenge Gold Medal for their Sparkling wine. Their son Sam then took over as winemaker (with a little help from Dad now and again) and in 2007 won UK Winemaker of the Year.
Tasting Notes
A fresh and fruity traditional method sparkling wine, perfect for all celebrations. Fresh yeasty aromas, English hedgerow scents with good acidity and a touch of honey on the palate.

Best served chilled with salmon gravadlax or cavair.
