We were recently invited to record a Sustainable Wine Roundtable (SWR) Member Interview podcast, with People & Culture Manager, Holly Ellis-Lake, and Senior Wine Buyer, Molly Newport, sitting down with Hanna Halmari, Editor of the Sustainable Wine Magazine and Delaney Sheridan from SWR.

At the beginning of the year we announced becoming the first UK wine merchant to power our delivery fleet with sustainable Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil (HVO) fuel. In this interview Holly and Molly share insights into the carbon impact of wine distribution and the practical steps we are taking at Ellis Wines in reducing our carbon footprint, from lightweight packaging and route optimisation to bulk shipping and fleet electrification.
