As we emerge from the second lockdown, the new tier system means that our customers are still facing many challenges for their businesses. We wanted to reassure you that we are here for you to support you however we can. 

Many of you have shown remarkable resilience in adapting your business to operate within the constraints that have been imposed upon us all that operate within the hospitality sector. The new rules mean that some businesses can open and trade with some degree of normality whilst others may need to adapt their offering once again in order to weather the current situation.
 
2020 has been the most difficult of trading times but together we can support each other in making the best of the situation we find ourselves facing. Our sales team are your first port of call for help and advice on your wine lists and our customer services and operations teams are available daily for any questions you may have.
 
The trading period of December and the lead up to Christmas is a vital time for the hospitality sector and the Prime Minister promises to review the current restrictions on 16th December albeit a bit late in the day. We can only hope that the outcome of that review is a positive one for your business.

The festive period is soon approaching, so we would also like to inform you of our opening hours over the next few weeks.

Thursday 24th December – Open 9am until 1pm
Friday 25th December – Monday 28th December - Closed
Tuesday 29th December – Open as normal
Wednesday 30th December – Open as normal
Thursday 31st December – Open 9am until 3.00pm
Friday 1st January – Closed
Monday 4th January – Open as normal

As this is an extremely challenging time, we ask that you kindly place your orders before 1pm the day before your designated delivery day, but the earlier the better. This is to ensure that we can fit your order onto our vans and get your wine to you in a timely manner. Courier services are more limited at this time of year.
