Badachro Gin

... Badachro Gin

Located in hamlet of Badachro in the Scottish highlands, Gordon & Vanessa Quinn hand pick an array of exquisite botanicals from the surrounding hills, woodland, fields and shores of the Gairloch and combine them in their beautiful (and rather mature) copper pot still ‘Delilah’. Badachro Gin is a reflection of the pure air, water & land that defines this unique and ancient land. Marrying traditional botanicals with local gorse blossom, elderflower & wild bog myrtle, the delicious taste of the last true wilderness of Europe is now bottled for you to enjoy. Production is restricted to approx. 600 bottles per month.

“The UK gin industry has just passed the £1.5bn mark but we believe there is a place for boutique, small-batch gins in the premium on-trade where we operate. We look forward to working with this unique product; produced by foraging for botanicals in the wilds of Western Scotland!” says James Ellis, of Ellis Wines.

This is echoed by Badachro Distillery founders Gordon and Vanessa Quinn, “We are delighted to be working with such an established and highly regarded partner in Ellis Wines, who truly understand and appreciate our dedication to artisan production, the highest possible standards and genuine provenance.”
