With the Easter weekend approaching, we would like to make sure you have enough wine for the long weekend. We will be operating over this period as below:

 
Deliveries
We will be making deliveries as follows:
Monday 3rd April to Thursday 6th April – normal delivery service
Friday 7th April  – there will be limited deliveries with a reduced fleet
Monday 10th April – there will be no delivery service
Tuesday 11th April onwards – normal delivery service
 
Order Office
This will be open as follows for the processing of orders and customer service:
Monday 3rd April to Thursday 6th April – as normal between 9.00am – 5.30pm
Friday 7th April – 9.00am – 1.00pm
Monday 10th April – 9.00am – 1.00pm
Tuesday 11th April onwards – as normal between 9.00am – 5.30pm
 
We expect the week commencing Monday 3rd April to be a busy period so we would kindly ask that all orders are placed as early as possible, ideally by 12.00pm, to ensure they are processed in time for dispatch.
 
Carrier Orders
Where we dispatch your order by 3rd party carrier, please place your order with us by 12.00pm on Tuesday 4th to ensure we are able to arrange delivery by Thursday 6th April. Normal carrier service will then resume on Tuesday 11th April.

Tiverton Deliveries
Deliveries will take place as usual week commencing Monday 3rd. There will be no deliveries on Saturday 8th. Orders placed on Monday 10th will not be delivered until Wednesday 12th. Normal service resumes from Tuesday 11th.
