Duty Rate Changes February 2025

End to wine duty easement comes into force on 1st February 2025.
In the Autumn Budget at the end of October 2024, the Chancellor, Rachel Reeves announced that Alcohol Duty rates would rise in line with the Retail Price Index (RPI) from 1st February 2025, ending the temporary wine easement dating back to 1st August 2023.
These changes will apply to all products, notably affecting wines of a higher ABV. The new price changes will be reflected in our 2025 Portfolio, which will be released this March.
