As thousands of people make their way into London this week to pay their respects to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, Buckingham Palace and the surrounding areas will be busier than usual with several road closures. These closures are causing major disruptions to traffic and our drivers are experiencing severe difficulties delivering to our London customers in a timely manner.

We apologise for any delays to your orders. In these circumstances, we may not be able to meet delivery windows and therefore greatly appreciate your patience as we make every effort to get your wine to you. We anticipate this situation getting more difficult as the week goes on and assure you that we will try our utmost to continue to deliver our normal, high-quality service to you.
