Our festive elves are gearing up for the seasonal rush to help make sure your cellars are filled and ready for the celebrations…

Please make sure you are aware of our operating hours and order deadlines over the Christmas period, as detailed below:

Order Office & Customer Service

We will be open as follows for the processing of orders and customer service:

Monday 22nd December: open as usual
Tuesday 23rd December: open as usual
Christmas Eve:  9am – 1pm
Christmas Day: CLOSED
Boxing Day: CLOSED
Monday 29th December: open as usual
Tuesday 30th December: open as usual
New Year's Eve: 9am - 1pm
New Year’s Day: CLOSED
Friday 2nd January: open as usual

As this is an extremely busy time, we ask that you kindly place your orders before 1pm the day before your designated delivery day at the latest. This is to ensure that we can fit your order onto our vans and deliver your wine to you in a timely manner. Courier services are limited at this time of year, so we urge you to place orders as early as possible, to avoid disappointment.

APC network - parcel service

Operates between Christmas and New Year, with a 24-hour delivery for orders placed with us by 12 noon on Monday 22nd December for delivery ahead of Christmas and by 12 noon on Monday 29th December for delivery ahead of New Year’s Eve.

Pallet service

This service does not operate between Christmas and New Year, so the first dispatch from us will be Friday 2nd January 2026.

Exeter deliveries

For delivery before Christmas, please place your order with us by 12 noon on Tuesday 23rd December at the latest, for delivery on Christmas Eve.

For orders and deliveries between Christmas and New Year, we will be delivering on Tuesday 30th December and New Year's Eve. For deliveries on Tuesday 30th December, please place your order with us by 12 noon on Monday 29th December, and for deliveries on New Year's Eve, please place your order with us by 12 noon on Tuesday 30th December.

We will be closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. Normal service will resume from Tuesday 6th January 2026.
