The festive season is fast approaching, please find details below of our opening hours and order deadlines over the Christmas period.

Thursday 21st December – Open as normal

Friday 22nd December – Open 9am until 1pm

Christmas Day – CLOSED

Boxing Day – CLOSED

Wednesday 27th December – Open as normal

Thursday 28th December – Open as normal

Friday 29th December – Open 9am until 1pm

New Year's Day – CLOSED

Tuesday 2nd January – Open as normal

As this is an extremely busy time, we ask that you kindly place your orders before 1pm the day before your designated delivery day. This is to ensure that we can fit your order onto our vans and deliver your wine to you in a timely manner. Courier services are limited at this time of year, so we urge you to place orders as early as possible, to avoid disappointment.

We offer two carrier services:

Under 7 dozen – APC network
7 dozen and over – Pallet service

Please place your order with us by 12 noon Tuesday 19th December - this is our last collection day for delivery before Christmas.

APC Network

Operates between Christmas and New Year, with a 24-hour delivery for orders placed with us by 12 noon on Wednesday 27th December.

Pallet service

This service does not operate between Christmas and New Year, so the first dispatch from us will then be Tuesday 2nd January 2024.

Tiverton Deliveries

For delivery before Christmas, please place your order with us by 12 noon on Thursday 21st December at the latest, for delivery on Friday 22nd December.

For orders and deliveries between Christmas and New Year, we will only be delivering on Thursday 28th and Friday 29th December, please place your order with us by 12 noon on Thursday 28th December at the latest, for delivery on Friday 29th December.

We will be closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day. Deliveries will begin again on Wednesday 3rd January 2024.
