With the festive season nearly upon us, here is all the information of our opening hours over that period.

Ellis Opening Hours

Monday 23rd December - Open as normal
Tuesday 24th December – Open 9am until 1pm
Wednesday 25th December - Closed
Thursday 26th December - Closed
Friday 27th December - Open as normal
Monday 30th December - Open as normal
Tuesday 31st December – Open 9am until 3.30pm
Wednesday 1st January – Closed
Thursday 2nd January – Open as normal

As this is an extremely busy time, we ask that you place your orders before 3pm the day before your designated delivery day, but the earlier the better. This is to ensure that we can fit your order onto our vans and get your wine to you in a timely manner.

Courier Services

Courier services are more limited at this time of year. If you have any questions please speak to your sales manager or contact the order office at orders@ellis-wines.co.uk.

We offer two carrier services:

Under 7 dozen – APC network

7 dozen and over – Pallet service

The last collection day for delivery before Christmas will be Friday 20th December. Please place your order with us by 1pm Thursday 19th.

APC Network

Operates between Christmas and New Year, with a 24hr delivery for orders placed with us by 11am, as follows:

Friday 27th December – delivery Monday 30th December

Monday 30th December – delivery Tuesday 31st December

Tuesday 31st December – delivery Friday 3rd January

Pallet service

This service does not operate between Christmas and New Year, so the first dispatch from us will then be Thursday 2nd January 2020.
