Ahead of the Easter holidays, we would like to remind you of our opening hours and order deadlines over the long bank holiday weekend. 
We will be operating over this period as below:

Deliveries
Monday 30th to Thursday 2nd April – normal delivery service

GOOD FRIDAY (3rd April) – LIMITED DELIVERIES BY REDUCED FLEET

EASTER MONDAY (6th April) – NO DELIVERIES

Tuesday 7th April onwards – normal delivery service

Order Office and Customer Services

Monday 30th to Thursday 2nd April – open as normal

GOOD FRIDAY – 9am – 1pm

EASTER MONDAY – 9am – 1pm

Tuesday 7th April onwards – open as normal

We expect the week commencing Monday 30th March to be a busy period, we ask that you kindly place your orders before 12pm the day before your designated delivery day. This is to ensure that we can fit your order onto our vans and deliver your wine to you in a timely manner.

Carrier Orders
Where we dispatch your order by third party carrier, please place your order with us by 12.00pm on Tuesday 31st March to ensure we are able to arrange delivery by Thursday 2nd April. Normal carrier service will then resume on Tuesday 7th April.

Exeter Deliveries
Deliveries will take place as usual the week commencing Monday 30th March. There will be no deliveries on Saturday 4th April. Orders placed on Monday 6th and Tuesday 7th April will not be delivered until Wednesday 8th April, after which normal service will resume.
