We have been busy at Ellis HQ ensuring our staff are taken care of, whilst fulfilling all of the lovely orders you continue to send us.

With only a small number of the team in both our office and warehouse, we ensure social distancing measures can be adhered to. There is a plentiful supply of hand sanitizer sited around the office and warehouse, as well as a supply for drivers whilst they are out on the road and face coverings are available to all. Drivers adhere to social distancing measures whilst delivering – goods are put on the doorstep, standing back whilst the delivery is received. We are no longer requiring signatures. 
 
The order office is still open three days a week. Usually a Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. However, we have some slight changes going forward starting from the week commencing Monday 18th May:

Friday 29th May – Closed 
 
Monday 1st June – 9.00am – 4.00pm
Tuesday 2nd June – 9.00am – 4.00pm
Wednesday 3rd June – Closed
Thursday 4th June – 9.00am – 4.00pm
Friday 5th June – Closed
 
These hours of Monday, Tuesday & Thursday will continue until further notice, and as always, we will update you with any changes.
