Bluebells arrive for English Wine Week

Bluebells

Spring has sprung...

As the first bluebells of the spring are starting to emerge, our English winemaking friends are keeping their fingers crossed that the frost keeps away from their precious buds. At Bluebell Winery on the edge of the Ashdown Forest in the beautiful Sussex Weald, winemaker Kevin Sutherland is hoping for conditions to match last year’s record breaking harvest. Here is a video of him tending the vines just before vintage.

Looking ahead to the end of May, we will be getting excited about English Wine Week so please get in touch to see how we can work together to champion our domestic wines.
