This aromatic Pinot Gris comes from the Diamond Ridge Vineyard in the southern part of Adelaide Hills. The grapes are hand harvested then gently pressed and fermented in a combination of stainless steel and 1-2 year old French oak which gives the wine its creamy texture. Ripe and round on the palate with notes of ripe pear, white peach and baked apples, a fresh acidity balances the rich character. The artwork on the label is by Marty Baptist and titled `wash your face in the morning sun`.
